IN RELATION TO THE PARTIES:

INDIVIDUALS:

• CURP (Unique Population Registry Code)
• Updated Tax Situation Certificate (no older than 3 months)
• Birth Certificate
• Marriage Certificate (if applicable)

• Full name and general data of the parties involved
• Marital status
• Occupation or profession

• If acting by power of attorney, original or certified copy of the power of attorney

LEGAL ENTITIES:

• Certified copy of the company’s articles of incorporation with registration details from the Public Registry of Commerce
• Certified copies of subsequent shareholders’ meetings’ minutes where amendments to bylaws were made, duly registered
• Certified copy of the deed containing the power of attorney of the legal representative of the company
• Updated Tax Situation Certificate (no older than 3 months)
• Proof of address (utility bills or bank statements, no older than 3 months at date of issue, or current lease contract registered with the tax authority)

• Deed of ownership of the property(ies), duly registered in the Public Property Registry
• If the deed covers only the land lot and constructions have been built later, additionally provide building permits, alignment and official number, and certificate of work completion
• Regulations (if the property is in a condominium or subdivision requiring maintenance fees)
• Regime (if applicable to condominium or subdivision)
• Certificate of no outstanding maintenance fees (if applicable)
• Up-to-date property tax receipt
• If applicable, current utility bills (electricity and water)
